when you send your equipment back make sure to keep your tracking #. Those bastards charged me $880.0 for their equipment that I had sent back, somehow the warehouse lost my receivers (after someone from AT&T had said they had received it and would refund me my money)- Anyhoo, it took me 6 months to get my money back, i was calling them on a weekly basis. Finally I threatened to gang up on them with fellow customers who has 'lost equipment' as well....i also complained to my building.

the lesson of the story---> NEVER use AT&T HE, and NEVER trust a word they say .
